How do I remove an order from the Shopify App?

Instructions:

To remove an order from the Shopify app, follow the steps outlined in the attached PDF. 

When would I remove an order? 

• If a customer cancels an order with you before you have submitted the order to Simply Framed.
• If a customer requests a change to the order before you have submitted the order to Simply Framed.
