As each frame is custom-made to order turnaround times can fluctuate depending upon material availability, health and safety measures, and current order volume and are therefore not guaranteed. We provide ship date estimates based on the timelines for each service below.
Print Only
- Placed into production within 1 business day of being placed.
- The production process lasts 1-5 business days.*
Print & Frame (Digital Upload)
- Placed into production within 1 business day of being placed.
- The production process lasts 3-12 business days (Core Collection), 3-4 weeks (Plexibox Frames), and 4-6 weeks (Black Label Collection)
Frame Only
- Placed into production within 1 business day of being placed.
- The production process lasts 3-12 business days (Core Collection), 3-4 weeks (Plexibox Frames), and 4-6 weeks (Black Label Collection)

Tubes and mailers are shipping within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.

Return labels will be sent via email within 1 hour of placing your order.

Art will be checked in at our shop within 1 to 2 business days* of arrival.

Once your art is checked in, your frame will ship after 6 to 12 days of production for our Core Collection, 3 to 4 weeks for Plexibox, and 4 to 6 weeks of production for our Black Label Collection.
*Please note that if our team has any questions such as a discrepancy in the art size, safety of the piece, or art orientation, your art will not be checked in until you have confirmed these details and placed an updated order, if needed.
