Have an issue with your order?
- If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, email hello@simplyframed.com with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Read more here.
- Orders reported lost or stolen outside of the 14 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.
