Why do I have multiple order numbers?

Multiple Shipping Addresses

If you have multiple items going to separate shipping addresses at checkout, you will receive a separate order confirmation for each address. This will allow us to provide a shipping notification/address. 

Shopify Shop App

If you have the Shopify Shop App, you will see at least two orders under your account. One of the orders will read as canceled and the remaining order(s) will show as open. 

The Shopify App shows our backend ordering system of parent and child orders. Each order placed has a parent order number that contains all order information. A separate child order is then created for each shipping address or shipping size tier. When the child orders are created, the parent order is canceled. 
Although you have multiple order numbers on the app, you were only charged once, and your order is still in production.

• Order 200001 - Child Order, (open)
  • Gallery White 20x30 frame to Shipping Address 1
• Order 200002 - Child Order, (open)
