What size should my file be?

We recommend a resolution of 300 dpi at the selected print size.
The maximum image dimensions for uploading are 20000 x 20000 pixels, and the maximum file size is 800MB.

How should my file be formatted?

Accepted image formats are .jpg or .tiff
.tiff files should be flattened.
Your image should be formatted in the RGB color scheme. We recommend Adobe RGB over Prophoto RGB or sRGB. If you are a photographer, please keep the same RGB color profile the same as your camera settings.

How do I know if my file will print at a good resolution?

Make sure your file is uploaded at 300 dpi at the selected print size. The more you increase your print size, the more your dpi will decrease.

Do you include a white border on Print Only orders?

We print exactly to size and do not include white borders unless they are included in the uploaded print file.

What type of printers do you use?

We use Canon Pro 6100 and 4100, wide-format printers, for high-quality, giclée archival pigment prints.
For Canvas printing, we use an HP Latex 360 printer and HP 831A inks.
