Navigate to the Sales Tab

Step 1: Log in to your Simply Framed account and go to the Sales Tab to view all orders.

Step 2: In the Sales Tab, you can track the following details:

• Product: The specific artwork or listing sold.
• Listing and Variant: The size, frame, or other variant selected by the customer.
• Customer Details: View customer name and email to know who placed the order.
• Payout Amount: See the amount due after fees are deducted.

Pro Tip: You’ll also see the processing fee (3.9%) deducted from your payout, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the total earnings.

Monitor Order Status

Step 1: Track the status of each order to stay informed about where it is in the fulfillment process. This includes:

• Order Created
• Order Shipped

Step 2: You can also view the date of placement for each order to keep an eye on your sales timeline.

Payment Processing

Step 1: Payments for your sales are processed monthly. Expect payments for orders placed within a month to be deposited into your PayPal account in the first week of the following month.

Step 2: Make sure your PayPal email is up-to-date in your account settings to avoid delays in payment.

Pro Tip: If you ever need to change your PayPal email, ensure it’s done before the payment processing week to prevent any issues.

Managing Customer Support

Step 1: If a customer has questions about their order, shipping, or if they report any damaged items, simply direct them to Simply Framed’s Customer Success Team. They will handle all inquiries.

Step 2: Feel free to reach out to your customers with a thank you for their purchase if you wish to add a personal touch.
