- Log in to your account at simplyframed.com using a Google Chrome browser.
- Click on My Orders under the My Account menu
- Scroll to the order you are shipping and click More Details
- Print the page from your browser. Your Order Form for each piece of art will be on a separate page with a thumbnail if you uploaded a preview image.
