How is the 'Ships By' date estimated?

• Estimated Ships By dates are generated using the average duration of our standard turnaround times*, outlined below. 
• *There is always a chance that the orders don't ship by or ship earlier than the estimated date that we provide. Our facilities' turnaround times fluctuate and we try to give as best of an estimate as possible. Please allow additional production time during the holiday season.

Turnaround Time Estimates by Service

Print Only

• Placed into production within 1 business day of being placed.
• The production process lasts 2-4 business days.

Print & Frame (Digital Upload)

• Placed into production within 1 business day of being placed.
• The production process lasts 3-12 business days (Core Collection) and 4-6 weeks (Black Label Collection)

Frame Only

• Placed into production within 1 business day of being placed.
• The production process lasts 3-12 business days (Core Collection) and 4-6 weeks (Black Label Collection)

Mail-In

• Your Ships By date includes 5 travel days. This accounts for shipping materials (flat mailer or tube) shipping to you and time needed for the artwork to ship back to Simply Framed.
• Once received, it may take up to 2 business days for the artwork to be opened, reviewed, and placed into production.
• The production process lasts 6-12 business days (Core Collection) and 4-6 weeks (Black Label Collection)
