I am a reseller. Can you remove taxes from my account?

If you are a reseller or with a non-profit organization, please forward your reseller certificate or tax exemption documents to hello@simplyframed.com. 

A new resale certificate is required each year to maintain your tax-exempt status.

Once received, our team will upload the certificate to your account and update your tax status to exempt.

Please note, we cannot reimburse taxes charged to an order. Once an order is placed on the record with tax, we are required by law to pay tax on the sale. Please make sure you are signed into your account before building your cart and checking out, see screenshot below.
