Can I ship with a different carrier than Simply Framed’s FedEx Account?
- You’re welcome to use a different carrier or third party account to ship Simply Framed products. By doing so, any damage to a shipment during transit will not be covered by Simply Framed’s Damage & Replacement Policy.
- To request shipment by a different carrier account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. There is $6 fee to ship with a different carrier account.
