Once an order has entered production, Simply Framed is unable to make any adjustments to the frame or print profile. This includes changes to the moulding, mat style, size, mounting method, and image file.
Print Only, Print & Frame, and Frame Only orders enter production within 24 hours. This means an order may enter production any where from 1 to 24 hours after the order has been placed. Full Service orders enter production within 48 hours of inspecting the artwork.
If the order has not yet entered production, we can cancel the order and issue store credit for the full cost of the order. Please note, refunds are only available in the form of store credit.
Scenario: My customer canceled their order. Now what?
- If a customer cancels their order before production has begun, we will cancel the order and issue store credit for the full cost of the order (including shipping costs).
- If a customer cancels their order after production has begun, Simply Framed can redirect the shipment to your studio to be resold at a later date. Email trade@simplyframed.com with the order number to get started.
If a customer cancels their order after the frame has been shipped, please communicate your return policy with the customer directly.
