Under the My Account menu, select My Orders to view your order history. Search for your order by either your Internal Order number, the SF order number, or the client name.
To view the full order information, select View Details. In this section, you can find the status. If the order has been received, it will say processing. Once the item has shipped, the tracking number and a link to the tracking will be available. For any Full Service orders, you will receive a separate email confirmation when the art arrives at the shop and is placed into production.
Please note, the status will change from " processing" to "shipped." If your order is in production, the status will be processing.
