Please email us photos of the damaged frame and or print, along with photos of interior and exterior view of the packing materials within 14 days from delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- If a Full Service (Mail-in) order arrives damaged, we will share a prepaid and pre-addressed return label with you and schedule a FedEx Pickup to have the frame returned to us to be re-framed.
- If a Print Only, Frame Only, or Print & Frame order arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement directly to you. No need to return the damaged frame or print to us.
