Holiday Closures and Support Availability
As the holidays approach, the Simply Framed team will be taking some time to recharge and celebrate with our loved ones, and we wanted to give you a heads-up on how this might impact your orders and customer support.
Production Schedule:
- Closed: 12/23 - 12/25
- Open: 12/26 - 12/27
- Closed: 12/30 - 1/01
- Reopen: 1/02
Please note that due to these closures, we will be adding 5 extra days to our standard turnaround times. We’re committed to working diligently to ensure all orders are processed and shipped within our standard 6-12 business days, minus the holiday closures.
Support Availability:
Our support team will be out of the office on the following days:
- Closed: 12/24 - 12/25
- Closed: 12/31 - 1/1
On 12/26, 12/27, and 12/30, our support team will have limited availability for urgent inquiries. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible, and we’ll be sure to reply to all inquiries within one business day upon our return to the office, 1/2.
