Until July 1, simplyframed.com is open only to our Trade Partners. This was a difficult decision, but every order we take is a commitment to a customer and we need to deliver on our current commitments before taking on more.
We are also experiencing extended turnaround times. Please note that orders may take up to 3-5 weeks to ship. For full service orders, it may take up to 7 business days from when the artwork is delivered to be check-in and processed by our team.
We’ve completely restructured our production process in order to implement proactive safety measures. This ranges from increasing distances between employees, requiring all employees to wear masks and gloves, and reimagining how to proceed with framing under these new regulations. Processes as simple as handling artwork have required a complete restructuring under these new mandates.
