Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Simply Framed Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee means that if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 14 days and we’ll give you a full refund according to the terms of this policy.

To complete your refund request please:

  1. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your piece by emailing us at hello@simplyframed.com or contacting us via Chat on SimplyFramed.com
  2. Pack your frame back in the Simply Framed box. If your order was Full Service, remove any original art before placing the frame in the box.
  3. Attach the return shipping label sent via email and drop it off at FedEx
  4. Once we receive your piece we’ll credit you on your original method of payment within 15 days.

This Simply Framed Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to one return per household and it must be exercised directly with Simply Framed no later than the 14th day following delivery.

Any additional partial or full refunds given by Simply Framed will take the form of a balance adjustment to your Simply Framed account to use on a future purchase.

If you selected any shipping method other than Free Shipping at checkout, and you return a product under our Simply Framed Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee, we will not be able to refund the shipping fees you paid for the original delivery.

This Simply Framed Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee is not available to Art & Trade customers. Any partial or full refunds given by Simply Framed to Art & Trade customers will take the form of a balance adjustment to your Simply Framed account to use on a future purchase.
