What happens if I ordered the wrong thing?

If you ordered the wrong thing and your order has yet to enter production, please contact hello@simplyframed.com with your order number and details of what you need to change, we'll take care of the rest!

If you ordered the wrong thing and your order has been entered into production, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please review processing times, below:

  • Print & Frame, Print Only, Frame Only: Orders go into production within 1 business day of being placed. 
  • Full Service orders will go into production within 1 business day of arrival.
