Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept any changes or cancellations to Frame Only, Print and Frame, or Print Only orders, as these are put into production within 1 business day of being ordered.
For Full Service orders in which you have yet to send us your artwork, we can either:
A. Provide a credit to you (in the form of a 1-time use discount code) for the full amount to use on a future order.
B. Provide a partial refund less a 15% processing fee.
