Help! I need to change the address on an order I placed.

As long as we are notified of address changes prior to your frame leaving our facility, we are able to accommodate address changes. However, this may delay your shipment. 

Please email hello@simplyframed.com with your order number and new address for shipping, and we will do everything we can to help.

Unfortunately, if your frame has left our shop, any changes to your destination address will need to be negotiated directly with the shipping carrier. 

You can email hello@simplyframed.com with your tracking number, order number, and details for redirecting your shipment and we will do our best to help.
