What happens if I order the wrong thing?

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. 

Please contact hello@simplyframed.com with your order number and details of what you need to change and we will help you cancel and reenter the order with the correct specs.

Once an order is entered into production, no changes can be made to the frame or artwork. If we are printing the order, your order goes into production within 1 business day of being placed. 

If you placed a Full Service order, the order will go into production within 1 business day of arrival. 

If your art has yet to arrive to us, please contact hello@simplyframed.com with your order number and details of what you need to change and we will help you reenter the order.
