What if my frame is damaged during shipment?
Simply Framed insures all packages for $100.
Please contact us if you’d like to add additional insurance at email@example.com.
If a frame is damaged en route to you or to your customer, we will offer to replace the frame when possible at no additional cost to you.
The $100 goes towards the additional production costs for the replacement and we will cover the additional shipping costs.
If the artwork is damaged in the frame during shipping, we ask you provide a replacement print for the reframe. If the piece can be digitally printed, we can print in house with the closest paper match we stock.
All shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Sometimes a box can look perfect, yet torque or mishandling can cause elements of the frame to loosen. We do our best to protect against this. If you ever have any suggestions or feedback, let us know.
We ask all clients to provide photos of damage. This is required to file a claim with our shippers. Please inspect frame upon receipt to ensure any issues are addressed ASAP.
